  • Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying. 

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in a QS or construction cost environment / project implementation environments. 

  • Working knowledge of JBCC, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke contracts. 

  • Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and site practices. 

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, WinQS/CCS Candy, and standard QS tools. 

  • Excellent writing, coordination, and communication skills.

6. Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 3 – 5 years (or more) of experience to support cost estimation, contract management, and financial oversight on infrastructure and building projects. The role includes assisting with BOQs, tender processes, site measurements, payment certifications, ensuring compliance with contract terms, managing claims, variations, payment processes, and dispute resolution procedures while mitigating commercial risks.

6.1 Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and feasibility studies.
Support tender documentation and evaluation processes.
Conduct site measurements, monitor construction progress, and verify contractor claims.
Assist with contract administration and preparation of payment certificates.
Track project costs and budgets, identifying potential cost variations.
Maintain records of contractual correspondence and cost reports.
Ensure compliance with relevant construction and procurement legislation.
Ensure timely notices of claims, disputes, and variation orders in accordance with contract provisions.

6.2 Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
